The Dream Team offers a wide variety of opportunities to serve before, during, and after all of our Sunday services.
Get StartedOur Welcome Team is often the first friendly face our guests see, offering a warm greeting, learning their names, and helping them feel comfortable as they navigate our facilities. They’re also available every step of the way to answer questions and make each person’s experience smooth and welcoming.

Coffee does more than warm your hands — it helps people feel at home. Our coffee team prepares a welcoming space, keeps it inviting, and takes time to build real connections.
The Host/Usher Team creates a welcoming, distraction-free environment from the moment guests arrive. By greeting with a smile, helping people find seats, answering questions, and assisting during the service, they make every person feel seen and valued.
The Setup Team will transform a school into a place of worship each week. By unloading, arranging, and preparing every space, they help create an environment where lives can be changed.
The Breakdown Team helps close out each service with excellence. By packing up equipment, clearing spaces, and loading trailers, they ensure everything is ready for the next week. It’s a fast-paced, team-driven role that makes a lasting impact long after the final song.
The Parking Team sets the tone before guests ever reach the doors. With friendly waves, clear direction, and positive energy, they help create a smooth, welcoming arrival experience.
The Safety/Security Team helps keep every service safe, welcoming, and prepared. By monitoring the campus, assisting in emergencies, and providing medical support when needed, they give guests and staff peace of mind.
The Worship Team leads our church in authentic, Christ-centered worship each week. Through music and creativity, they help create an atmosphere where people can encounter God and respond to Him.
The Production Team brings every service to life behind the scenes. From sound and lighting to video and media, they create an environment where worship and teaching can connect with every guest.
The Prayer Team stands in faith for others, believing God to move in powerful ways. Whether praying with someone after service or lifting up needs throughout the week, this team helps create space for hope, healing, and breakthrough.
If you have a heart for babies, toddlers, and kids, serving on our Nursery or Kids Team is a meaningful way to make an impact. While adults attend service, our little ones are cared for, taught, and encouraged in a safe, loving environment where they can grow in their faith.
The Kids Check-In Team creates a safe, smooth, and welcoming start for every family. By assisting with registration, answering questions, and helping parents feel confident about their child’s experience, they set the tone for a great morning.
The Rock YTH is one of the most exciting ministries at The Rock. Our YTH have grown physically into the bodies God has given them. Now it is time for them to grow in the spiritual maturity that Jesus is calling them to. Do you have a passion to see teens love Jesus and love each other? This is a great and exicting place to serve. Services are currently held on Sunday Nights!
